Brief Introduction:

Institute for Spatial Planning and Environment Research, India, Panchkula (ISPER), registered society under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 is headquaters at Amravati Enclave, Panchkula. It is also registered under the provisions of Section 12 A (a) of Income Tax Act of India and has been granted exemption by the Income Tax Department under section 80 –G upto march 2011.  

ISPER  with experienced multidisciplinary team of Urban and Regional Planners, Structural Engineers, Architects, Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Physical Planners, Environment Experts, GIS & Remote Sensing Experts is engaged in various research and training activities and provides a common forum to disseminate knowledge and harness it for the welfare of society.
